Payments

Payments for DearDoc services are billed according to the terms outlined in the customer agreement at the time of purchase.

Publisher Placement Fees

DearDoc secures placement and visibility across third-party platforms such as Google, Apple Maps, WebMD, Healthgrades, and other publisher networks. These placements may require DearDoc to pay upfront fees and reserve placements with external partners on behalf of the customer.

Refund Policy

Because these publisher placement fees and onboarding resources are committed at the time services begin, payments are generally non-refundable once services have started.

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation according to the terms of their agreement. Cancellation requests apply to future billing periods and do not result in refunds for services already provided or committed.
